Job Description
Location: Centurion, Gauteng
Salary: R15 000 - R22 000 (Depending on experience)
Brief Description:
Our Client in the Training Industry is looking for a mature Debtors Clerk to assist with the following functions: Debtors Function, Issuing of Quotes, Issuing of Invoices, Monthly Statements, Follow up on outstanding payments, Assist with completion of Tender/ RFQ Documents, Assist with related administrative functions.
Position start on a contract base with potential of permanent employment.
Requirements:
• Knowledge about the SETA Accredited Training or the willingness and ability to learn
• Matric as a minimum Qualification
• QuickBooks Experience
• Sage Experience
• 5 Years + in a similar role
• Must have a proven track record
• Must have good verbal communications skills as well as social and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English (and Afrikaans)
• Ability to communicate with client on various levels
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Mature, Professional Candidates will be preferred
- Salary:
- 21.000,00 ZAR Monthly
