Housekeeper for 5 Residence

The occupants are not permanent residents of the house and it is expected that they will be in house 6 months of the year. The job is full time & all year round - and flexibility will be needed around when occupants there versus when they are not.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeper to deliver exceptional 5-star service to the guests of a private residence.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong housekeeper / hospitality background with the ability to keep the residence perfect & help with serving guests on request.

It is important the candidate is capable of maintaining the house at the impeccable standards expected in a 5 star hotel.

#### Responsibilities:

1. *Housekeeping Duties:*
- Be responsible for daily cleaning and organisation of all living spaces in the residence.
- Ensure all rooms and areas are immaculately presented to 5-star standards.
- Manage laundry and wardrobe upkeep for guests.

3. *Hospitality and Guest Services:*
- Provide personalised service and cater to guests' specific beverage requirements and preferences.
- Interact with guests in a professional and friendly manner, creating a welcoming and hospitable environment.

#### Qualifications:
- A real desire to work hard in a beautiful home and be well rewarded for same.
- Proven experience as a Housekeeper and Cook in a luxury residence / hotels, or high-end restaurant.
- Strong understanding of housekeeping procedures and ability to maintain a spotless environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction.
- Attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
- Knowledge of etiquette and protocols in serving high-profile guests.
