Job Description

If so, we want you to join our team as an On-Site IT Computer Technician! In this role, you will provide expert technical support directly to our clients, ensuring their IT systems run seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve computer and peripheral device problems quickly and efficiently.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and network equipment.
- Perform regular system maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance.
- Educate clients on best practices for IT security and system use.
- Collaborate with the IT support team to address complex issues and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of service calls and technical support activities.

Qualifications:

Requirements:
- Must be a South Africa citizen or hold a valid permit
- Must be between the ages of 25/35 years old.
- Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience as an IT technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for on-site visits.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus.
- 2-3 Years of Desktop Support Experience
- 2-3 Years of On-site experience
- 2-3 Years Hardware Support Experience
- Reliably commute Johannesburg CBD daily or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
