Job Description

We are seeking an organized and reliable Executive Assistant to join our team. As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting both personal and professional aspects of the directors' lives. This unique opportunity involves facilitating tasks for all our directors, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Experience Required:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic and changing work environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think proactively.

Qualifications Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications (particularly business/administrative related) are a plus.
- Proficient in using productivity tools, such as MS Office Suite, email clients, and calendar applications.
- Creative interests in design, social media, or interior design are an added plus.
- Valid driver's license and access to your own vehicle; confidence in driving both manual and automatic vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support to the directors in both personal and professional capacities.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and correspondence efficiently.
- Organize and maintain office operations and procedures.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Assist in planning and executing events, meetings, and other engagements.
- Perform various administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
