Qualifications / Requirements:
• Minimum of Matric
• Good telephone etiquette
• Fully bilingual – English and Afrikaans
• Airconditioning or similar background highly advantageous
• Good computer skills including typing, Outlook/Gmail, Excel, Word, Google etc
• Attention to detail and able to work unsupervised
• Technical understanding
• Customer orientated to maintain excellent service levels
• Own reliable transport essential
• Proven track record in internal sales and technical ability
• Excellent communication skills - Able to articulate ideas clearly and concisely
• Active listening skills to understand customer needs and responding appropriately
• Time management skills – ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
• Problem solving skills – Ability to think critically and come up with creative solutions
• Tech savvy – familiarity with sales tools and technology, responsible for the wi-fi, LiveChat etc
• Excellent team player – collaborate with the team and their respective departments
Key Performance Areas:
• Answering email and telephone enquiries
• Respond to LiveChat and on website
• Support of the National Sales Manager and Sales Agents
• Update customers on orders and delivery of those orders
• Assistance of documentation of orders being dispatched (invoicing, packing lists and waybills)
• Update and control eCommerce platforms including website, Takealot and other retailers
• Market research and assistance of the Marketing Department
