Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and versatile SAP Support Specialist to join our dynamic client. The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of SAP skills and experience, providing general support across various SAP modules. This role requires someone who has a comprehensive understanding of multiple SAP modules and processes. The SAP Support Specialist will be responsible for troubleshooting, resolving issues, and providing user support and training.
Key Responsibilities:
-Provide general support across various SAP modules, including SAP FI (Financial Accounting), SAP CO (Controlling), SAP MM (Materials Management), SAP SD (Sales and Distribution), SAP PP (Production Planning), and SAP HR (Human Resources).
-Troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
-Perform basic customization and configuration tasks across different SAP modules.
-Offer user support and training to ensure effective use of SAP systems.
-Participate in SAP implementation and upgrade projects as needed.
-Create and maintain documentation for end-users and support processes.
-Analyse and understand complex business processes and map them in SAP.
-Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to understand and address their SAP support needs.
-Ensure the integration of various SAP modules and manage their interactions.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
-Certification in SAP modules or SAP-related courses is a plus.
Skills:
-Broad knowledge of multiple SAP modules and their integration points.
-Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues across various SAP modules.
-Excellent communication skills
-Ability to perform basic customization and configuration tasks.
-Experience in providing user support and creating documentation.
-Participation in SAP implementation or upgrade projects is a plus.
-Strong analytical skills to understand and map complex business processes in SAP.
-Experience with SAP integration and interfaces.
-Knowledge of SAP best practices and methodologies.
