Resident (Retail) Pharmacy Cashier

The resident pharmacy cashier is responsible for greeting customers and assisting them with their needs. He/she answers any inquiries they may have and helps them with their shopping needs.
Duties included:
Reconcile cash register at the end of the shift.
Ensure the appearance of the store meets the requirements of the corporate office and is favorable to the customer, including all housekeeping tasks.
Stock store shelves with merchandise when it is delivered to the store.
Help with the works of the One-hour Photo department.
Build displays of merchandise.
Complete inventory counts.
Order merchandise.
Put up signs that will identify items on sale in weekly or monthly advertisements and take down the signage when such sale is over.
Assist with changes and price markdowns for merchandise on the shelves.
Provide excellent customer service.
Answer customer inquiries.
Resolve customer complaints.

Skills, knowledge and other requirement:
Ability to extract relevant information from prescription forms by reading and transcribing its content.
Strong clerical skills and ability to perform basic math calculations, including additions, subtractions, multiplications, and divisions.
Must pass drug test.
Ability to read fine prints and to preserve confidential information.
Must have a strong sense of urgency and be willing to move with purpose.
Ability to stand for long period, and work on a regular basis and on weekends.
Ability to work day and/or night shift(s).
