Production Engineer

Qualifications required:
• Bachelor’s Degree in either:
• Electronic Engineering or
• Industrial Engineering or
• Software Engineering or
• Technology.

Experience required:
• Minimum 5 years’ work experience in Production environment within the electronic industry.

Skills required:
• Budget inputs to facility manager
• Knowledge of Process-FMEA
• Knowledge of FRBs and FRACAS Reports
• Process optimisation and de-risking
• Knowledge of Production technologies
• Data management, consolidation, and reporting
• Exposure to Industry 4.0.

Prime Responsibilities
• Oversee technical aspects of the production facility and manufacturing orders to ensure acceptable quality and yield levels.
• Facility planning, budgeting, design, commissioning, design and management
• Technical contribution to contract reviews
• Onboarding of new Production assemblies
• Process Owner role
• Manufacturing Order Contract Review
• New Product Introduction
• Stencil design and ordering
• Design for Manufacturability review participation
• Issue Reporting, Tracking and Resolution
• Compliance: FRBs and FRACAS
• Risk management – process FMEA.
