Job Description
Supply Chain and/or Procurement post-matric qualification Admin or other related qualification - not negotiable.
Minimum 5 years experience in Supply Chain/Procurement
Good administrative skills
Must be computer literate - Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) – proficiency in Excel (use of formulas and Excel functions to analyse, co-ordinate and adjust data) not negotiable and Sage Evolution
The candidate will be responsible for all supply chain and procurement administration related duties.
Ensure that all supply chain and procurement policies and procedures are applied appropriately.
Maintain the vendor / supplier database and keep up to date.
Keep up to date with purchasing needs and ensure stock availability as and when needed.
Ensure that deliveries are in line with contract requirements / orders.
Assisting with stock take duties.
Assisting all walk-in clients for the Stores.
