TEST PREP

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Test Prep Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in standardized test preparation, excellent teaching skills, and a passion for helping students succeed. As a Test Prep Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective test preparation sessions, providing individualized support, and helping students achieve their best possible test scores.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct engaging and informative test preparation sessions for standardized tests (e.g., SAT, ACT, GRE, GMAT).
• Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the individual needs of students.
• Provide one-on-one and group tutoring to students of varying skill levels.
• Administer practice tests and review results to identify areas for improvement.
• Offer strategies for test-taking, time management, and stress reduction.
• Keep up-to-date with changes in test formats and content.
• Maintain a positive and encouraging learning environment.
• Track student progress and provide feedback to students and parents.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in teaching or tutoring standardized test preparation.
• Strong knowledge of standardized tests and test-taking strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine desire to help students succeed.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Advanced degree in Education or a related field.
• Experience with multiple standardized tests.
• Certification in test preparation or tutoring.
