Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise operational staff to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Plan and coordinate daily operational activities, including inbound and outbound logistics, inventory management, and distribution.
Monitor and maintain operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, transportation, and customer service, to optimize operational processes and meet business objectives.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards to maintain a safe and secure working environment.
Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement among operational staff.
Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and performance of operational team members.
Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders and external partners to address operational issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide leadership and guidance to operational staff, including performance evaluations, coaching, and mentoring.
