An exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team of consultants and be involved in curating luxury tailor-made safaris for our guests. Working alongside an energetic and enthusiastic group of people, you’ll help create everlasting memories for our clients as they travel amazing Africa.
As a member of the sales team, you will be focused on assisting the Sales Consultants with their day to day admin, ensuring accurate and timely information in all the relevant systems. This will ensure superior guest experiences in camp, as well as freeing up time for the Sales Consultants to focus on revenue generation

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Checking bookings for all outstanding guest information, ensuring this is accurately updated on all relevant systems
Managing the administration relating to postponements and amendments, ensuring this is accurately updated on all relevant systems
Reconfirmation of any 3rd party accommodation bookings
Booking internal flights, transfers and activities
Reminding consultants of potential bookings due to expire
Checking availability for all 3rd party accommodation options
Taking ownership of booking related administration in order to free up the Consultant's time which in turn can then be focus on revenue generation

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
Accuracy of work and superior attention to detail
Clarity of communication (written and verbal)-
Proficiency in use of relevant software and systems-
Ability to work under pressure and to adapt based on shifting business needs
Solid experience in Tourplan is an advantage
