JDS-QA-QC Inspector

Objective:
Ensure Quality Assurance & Control for fabricated projects within the company's network.

Responsibilities:

Manage QA/QC per ISO9001:2015 across projects.
Conduct QC inspections before, during, and after welding.
Inspect after primer painting, final painting, and pre-shipment.
Perform line-bore, x-ray, and machine component inspections.
Raise and review NDT requests and compile reports.
Log CIP, CAR, and NCR issues as needed.
Oversee ITP/QCP/SOW hold-points and sign-offs.
Manage 3rd party/client inspections and provide breakdown support.
Conduct in-house MT & PT inspections.
Perform internal/external and supplier audits.
Identify and report manufacturing anomalies.
Requirements:

National Senior Certificate and Qualified Trade.
Level 1 Welding & Fabrication Inspector Certificate.
Minimum 5 years of welding and fabrication experience.
Ability to interpret design documents and ensure compliance.
Advanced knowledge of welding procedures (FCAW/SAW/CO2).
Proficient in MS 365 and tech-savvy.
