Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the guest house, including front desk operations, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage services.
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes, providing excellent customer service to guests.
- Supervise and train staff members, ensuring they adhere to the highest standards of professionalism and efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain guests, including marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor and maintain the guest house's financial performance.
- Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the guest rooms, public areas, and facilities.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests, ensuring prompt resolution and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a 4-star guest house or hotel.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for delivering an outstanding guest experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office.
- Knowledge of local regulations and industry standards.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
