Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handling all recruitment for various projects - this involves being able to quickly source and place candidates into contract roles, and handle all administration around this placement.
- Advertising different jobs
- Doing all administration relating to recruitment
- Liaising with candidates and being able to communicate very effectively
- Being able to work in a high pressure, quick turn around position
Requirements:
- Matric
- Relevant tertiary qualification in administration / HR advantageous
- A minimum of 2 years experience working for a Labour Broker, or temp recruitment agency
- A minimum of 2 years in a similar role
- The ability to handle a high pressure job, that requires a quick turn around time - the clients give their requirements and you have to source candidates and place them within a few hours to a few days.
- Being an effective and professional communicator, who is also kind and caring.
