Job Description
Area: Durban Central, KZN
Salary: R 15 000 – R 30 000 (Depending on experience)
Minimum requirements:
• Grade 12
• 5+ Years of Internal Sales Experience in the Pump & Dosing Pump and High-Pressure equipment industry
• Data Capturing Experience
• Good telephone etiquette and experience with sales calls
• Customer service experience
• Experience upselling to existing clients
• Computer Literate - Microsoft Office Package
• Drivers Licence
Brief description of the vacancy:
We are looking for a young, energetic, open-minded person to fulfil our internal sales representative role within our company. The candidate needs to have extensive knowledge regarding the Pump & Dosing Pump industry and High-Pressure equipment. The candidate needs to know the difference in chemicals and chemical compatibility on different materials. Candidates are required to get the application requirements from client and do a pump selection, selecting the correct pump for the correct application and providing a solution based on the requirements.
This role consists of, but is not limited to:
• Answering incoming sales calls.
• Receiving and responding to business-related emails.
• Providing expert advice regarding the products being sold.
• Generating costing sheets & quotations.
• Source pricing on additional items when needed.
• Compiling data books.
• Gathering market information to ensure competitive pricing.
• Creating new business opportunities with new or existing clients.
• Maintaining a good relationship with existing clients.
• Check and assist with maintaining stock levels.
• Regular customer interaction with good communication skills.
• assist in management when asked to do a task.
• Assist with collections and deliveries when asked to do so.

- 25.000,00 ZAR Monthly
