Job Description

Overview:
This is a sales role! As a Dealer Sales Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in promoting the companies products to B2B dealer network, consultants, architects, and other role players in the industry.

Your primary responsibilities will include providing high-level sales and support to B2B customers, fostering relationships with key stakeholders across various market segments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Promote sales of air conditioning units to end users, consultants, dealers, and trade users within your designated area.
•Develop and expand the client base by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
•Prepare accurate quotations and specifications tailored to meet client requirements.
•Collaborate effectively with internal departments to support sales activities and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set for your area of responsibility.
•Provide timely and comprehensive reports to the Sales Manager regarding sales activities and performance.
•Ensure compliance with company policies, including ISO 14001 environmental management standards.

Required Skills and Experience:
•Mechanical Engineering degree beneficial / and or equivalent (advantageous) OR minimum 5-7 years of experience in the HVAC industry.
•Proven history in a sales environment, preferably with technical product knowledge.
•Proficiency in SAP/CRM systems is advantageous.
•Effective communication and negotiation skills.
•Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
•Customer-focused with an initiative-taking approach to problem-solving.
•Must be able to preform in a high-pressure environment.
