Job Description

Position: After-Sales Technician
Location: Lusaka, Zambia
Citizen: Zambian

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner
2. Provide accurate, detailed information and training about our products, services, and policies to customers
3. Provide field service to customers for trouble shooting once get work order from CRM system or instructions from service team.
4. Keep using CRM to records of customer interactions and transactions accurately
5. Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department for further investigation and resolution
6.Collaborate with other team members to ensure customers receive a consistent and positive experience
7. Continuously improve knowledge of our products and services through ongoing training and self-learning and be capable to repair products after training
8. Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within company guidelines
9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product releases
10. Develop opportunities for new clients and also C&I solar projects as per the instructions.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
National diploma or equivalent bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering – THIS IS A MUST
Proven customer support experience or experience in a similar role
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to empathize with customers and remain calm under pressure.
Proficient in using customer support software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
