Job Description
• Performing routine maintenance on facilities and making repairs as needed
• Ensuring proper security measures for the workplace
• Maintaining day-to-day operations of facilities
• Creating reports on maintenance, repairs, safety and other occurrences for supervisors and other relevant staff
• Planning and monitoring inbound and outgoing equipment.
• Supervising logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services.
• Organizing warehouse, label of goods, plot routes, and process shipments.
• Monitoring all Vehicles, trailers to ensure that they are in good condition compliant with the standards of the company.
• Working with other departments to incorporate logistics with company procedures and operations.
• Arranging collection of material / consumables ensuring safe transportation.
• Receiving and documenting equipment and consumables.
• Keeping an inventory of all merchandise entering or exiting the warehouse.
• Identifying any missing, lost or damaged materials and immediately notify management.
• Ensuring that all the merchandise is safely and securely packed and labeled.
