Job Description

General Admin & SAGE Bookkeeping
Carry out clerical duties, including answering phones and preparing documents.
Sourcing material, managing orders, tracking orders,
Manage data in spreadsheets and reports
Keep records and reports up to date

Complete data entry and collect transaction details for incoming and outgoing bank accounts.
Use bookkeeping SAGE software, spreadsheets, and other databases to post up-to-date financial transactions.
Track debits (incoming rands) and credits (outgoing rands) for each account.
Generate financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements.
Maintain and monitor financial records for accuracy.
Produce invoices.
Complete payroll.
Keep track of Import transactions.
General spreadsheets. Excel
