Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven and innovative Senior Digital Marketer to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, tools, and best practices, with the ability to lead and execute integrated digital campaigns that drive growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and display advertising.
• Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize digital strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, and design) to create cohesive marketing initiatives.
• Lead the management of the digital marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation among various channels and campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
• Mentor and guide junior marketing team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) to track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics.
• Oversee the creation of engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
• Develop and maintain a strong brand presence across digital platforms.
Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of driving successful campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of various digital marketing channels and tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, email marketing platforms, etc.).
• Proficient in analytics software and A/B testing methods, with the ability to derive insights and make data-driven decisions.
• Exceptional communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinking with a strong attention to detail.
• Experience in the Motor Industry will be an advantage.
