Human Resource Officer

We are currently looking for a Human Resource Officer to provide an efficient and effective Human Resources generalist function to line thus enabling their people to meet strategy objectives. lead, directed, coordinated, and execute the routine functions of the HR department within the ambit of company policy and procedures including but not limited to recruitment, performance management, training and development, employee wellness, oversight, and sign-off on the monthly payroll and statutory reporting.

Requirements: Grade 12,
National Diploma in HR Management (NQF 6) or
Driver’s License
Clear Financial Score.
Valid driver’s license
Clear criminal record
Knowledge of Basic Conditions of Employment Act, Labour Relations Act, Broad Based Black
Economic Empowerment Act, Skills Development Act, Labour Law theory & concepts,
Performance Management concepts
Knowledge of HR best practice principles, processes, and procedures
3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
Thorough working knowledge of HR administration, recruitment, capacity building and labour
relations
