Spray Painter & Craftsman

O Performs skilled fabrication work in the construction, forming, framing and finishing of POS items
o Constructs, installs, maintains and repairs brand visibility items
o Interprets and applies Health & Safety codes, rules and regulations involved in assigned activities
o Effectively and safely operates a variety of tools and equipment used in the skilled carpentry and fabrication trade
o Interprets technical drawings, sketches and work orders
o Analyses situations accurately and adopt an effective course of action
o Performs heavy physical labour
o Performs duties effectively, timely and without supervision
o Understands and follows oral and written directions
o Communicates effectively both orally and in writing
o Establishes and maintains cooperative and effective working relationship with others
o Maintain & oversee the servicing of spray-painting equipment & Spray booth
o Create a library/catalogue of all paints used for various jobs & clients.
o Create a Job specific paint usage history.
o Create service logbook for all spray-painting equipment & spray booth. Responsible for keeping the book up to date
o Ensure a high standard of quality on all surfaces & finishes.
