Job Description
IT Software Life Insurance Business Analyst with Industrial Engineer Degree background as a Processes Engineer

Business Analyst certificate
Industrial Engineers Degree
Matric with good Math’s Marks
IT Software Diploma/Certificate -Advantage
Must have working experience as a Business Analyst in life Insurance industries including an Industrial Engineer Process Engineer
Must have working experience as an IT Digital Software Business Analyst within the Life Insurance Industry’s is essential
Must have working experience in doing Business Test Cases Scenario’s + User Stories, Scripts, Sprints, Retrospective
Department- Team Testers; Software Developers, Business Analysts+ Product Owners etc.
Will be working and liaising with External Customers/ Company’s regarding their software solutions needs for their company for the Life Insurance Industry.
Must have strong full SDLC working experience.
Agile + Jira experience
Experience doing Software Testing, V experience
Analysis & Initial Setup
Analysis & Design of new Setup.
Support IT software Developers when adding new Setup
Train the trainer on new features / functionality
Understand the supporting functionality code at a high level to be able to interpret.
Take ownership (as per overview above) of configuration.
Review & sign-off of ASD (Architectural Specification Document) together with the IT Digital software Technical Architect and the Software Functional/Product Owner of the module being enhanced / fixed.
Create IT Software Solution Design documents for identified gaps in current Life Insurance offering, based on the business requirement received from the External Client
Present business/ Life Insurance training (Train the Trainer).
Must also be very willing to travel to External Companies premises only when needed.
Salary: Up to – R 55 000 per Month full cost to company
