Job Description
We are in search of a highly motivated and professional team leader to join our collection department in Centurion
Job type: Permanent
Salary: R12.000 + Commission (Depending on Experience)
Duties:
To manage a call center by maintaining a professional relationship with clients through ongoing excellent customer service
Requirements
• Must be available immediately
• 5 years plus experience in collections
• Minimum 5 years leadership experience as a Team Leader
• Matric
• Own transport
• Computer Literacy
• Telephone Etiquette
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills including good speaking skills and good listening abilities
• Must be proficient in English and Afrikaans
