Job Description

Position: Temporary Administrative Assistant
Job Title: Temporary Administrative Assistant 115 hours /month
Duration: 4 months
Location: Century City, Milnerton

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our team with stock management, invoice processing, and payment runs. This is a temporary position, requiring 25/26 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:
Stocktake and Inventory Management:
• Capture invoices and stock on inventory system
• Make and file copies of invoices.
• Count stock in storerooms and fridges.
• Capture and Update stock levels on inventory system using a tablet.
• Email department figures to designated members of management for review.

Payment Run Processing:
• Create cover letters for all invoices.
• Check General Ledgers (GLs) and categorize for respective departments and Body Corporates
• Prepare a Summary Pay Run Sheet and input data.
• Arrange documents in alphabetical order per supplier.
• Forward documents for final sign-off
• Make and file copies of invoices
• Be open to any ad hoc tasks related to the role of an Administrative Assistant as needed

Qualifications & Experience
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Stocktake /Inventory software System & Excel
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Good communication skills for coordinating with team members.
Salary:
65,00 ZAR Hourly
