Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Financial Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining financial records, processing transactions, and providing support to senior financial staff members. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain valuable experience in the finance field and grow their career in a dynamic environment.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Data Capturing:
• Capturing of Purchase Orders onto system
• Receipting of PO into the system
• Product listings for retailers
• Capturing of invoices and bills in the accounting system
Invoicing + Credits
• Creating invoices on system
• Processing of Credits on system
• Assisting with the stock returns process in the warehouse
• Follow-up on ETA’s of stocks and orders
Logistics + Warehouse
• Assisting the C.O.O / representative with vehicle and route planning
• Assisting with order planning for the warehouse
Customer Relations
• Working alongside the Financial Direcor for the below:
• Phone customers based on payment status
• Allocate payments and credits to the relevant accounts when needed
• Follow up on unknown payment
• Sending customer statements etc.
Other
• Filing of all paperwork accurately
• Participate in stock takes
• Placing of orders with suppliers such as packaging, stationery etc.
• General and additional duties as required, directed, or assigned

Qualifications & Experience required:
• Matric
• 2 – 4 years General Administration/Warehouse experience
• Dealings with Freight Forwarding
• Fully computer literate on:
• MS Office
• Intermediate Excel
• Basic accounting knowledge
• Xero & Unleashed
