Supervisor/Driver for a Garden Service company

We are a garden service based in Boksburg seeking to employ a Supervisor/Driver.

Duties include the following but are not limited to:
• Driving of a garden service team
• Assisting the team and to ensure all gardens are done timeously and in such a way that clients will be pleased with the performance of the team.
• To always follow the instructions of the manager/general manager.
• Communicating with the clients with regards to their gardens & gardening needs.
• Managing workflow.
• Managing work schedules.
• Evaluating performance and provide feedback.
• Identifying and applying career advancement opportunities.
• Tending to clients’ instructions within the scope of work billed for.
• Assisting to resolve employee issues and disputes.
• Report breakdowns.

As this is for a position in the gardening industry, leave is only available in the winter months. You must be prepared to work all of the summer months, especially December.

Salary is R7000 – R10 000 per month.
