Guest Reception: Extend a warm and professional welcome to all guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Luggage Assistance: Efficiently handle guest luggage with care, ensuring safe and accurate delivery to guest rooms.
- Information Provider: Offer knowledgeable assistance about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Entrance Management: Maintain the cleanliness and order of the hotel entrance and lobby, ensuring they are always presentable.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the concierge and front desk teams to facilitate smooth guest experiences and address any needs.
- Transportation Coordination: Assist guests with arranging transportation and provide valet services as needed.
- Security Awareness: Be vigilant and report any suspicious activities or safety concerns to management.

Qualifications:

- Experience: Prior experience in a similar role, especially in a luxury hotel environment, is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Customer Service: A genuine passion for delivering outstanding service and enhancing guest satisfaction.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and manage physical tasks, including lifting heavy luggage.
