Debtors and Invoicing Clerk

Hours : Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
Area: Margate / Ramsgate – KZN South Coast
2 x Saturdays per month over invoicing time if needed
Contract fee pm: R6500 + R500 for half day on 2 saturdays when needed
Skills required:
Above average computer skills needed – excel spreadsheets and formulas / Word and Outlook / windows 8/10
Excell invoicing and Recons
Accounting or Bookeeping background
Knowledge of Medical aid claims / ICD 10 codes and Tariff codes will win you the job
Excellent track record in collecting money on time- cash and medical aid claims
Great attention to detail must be able to work under pressure and to deadlines on invoicing dates and collections
Recordkeeping and office administration skills in filing required
Good organization skills and telephone manners and planning
Own vehicle
