1. Providing regular and accurate updates to the Manager Director
2. Managing your assigned team, ensuring high levels of quality and productivity is achieved.
3. Ensure job cards are correctly adhered to and followed through
4. Meet operational standards by contributing construction information to strategic plans and reviews; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying construction management system improvements.
5. Prevents fines and interruptions by complying with, and enforcing, relevant codes.
6. Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
7. Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
