Qualified Plumber

My client in Stellenbosch is seeking to hire a qualified plumber to join their dynamic team. Your skills as a qualified plumber, to assist in repair and maintain plumbing (all plumbing related equipment) by replacing defective washers, or replacing or mending broken pipes. Maintain, repair and lubricate sewage equipment, sewage lines, tanks, floats, pumps, and valves, using hand tools and power tools but bot limited to the mentioned.

Requirements:
• Grade 12
• Plumbing certificate or trade test certificate a MUST (this is non negotiable)
• Valid Driver’s License
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a similar position
• Must demonstrate technical ability and plumbing trade knowledge (must be able to read drawings/blueprints)
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety requirements
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
• Ability to mentor and guide colleagues/assistants
• Helping where needed and carrying out any reasonable instructions from Maintenance foreman
• Must have a high level of reliability and accountability
