Job Summary:
We are looking for a customer-oriented Booking Consultant to join our team at Menlyn Barnyard Theatre. The ideal candidate will handle front of house duties while managing inventory accurately and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers, providing detailed information on our theatre offerings.
Maintain a clean, welcoming front of house area.
Perform regular stock takes and ensure precise inventory control.
Identify and report any stock discrepancies to management.
Assist with receiving and organizing incoming stock and deliveries.
Collaborate with kitchen and staff to ensure seamless daily operations.
Monitor premises for theft prevention and ensure security protocols are followed.
Requirements:

Proven experience in a front of house role, with stock-taking responsibilities.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Bilingual in Afrikaans and English with strong communication and customer service abilities.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills, particularly for inventory tracking.
Physical stamina for extended standing hours.
Working Hours:

Full-time, flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
