Job Description
• Matric, coupled with a Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Sales or Marketing
• Must have at least 3-5 years’ experience in the safety industry
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Extensive knowledge on business to business and business to consumer sales
• Proven sales track record, trade references &
• recommendations
• Must be willing to travel
• Computer skills (MS Office)
• Valid driver’s license with own reliable transport (essential)
Duties and responsibilities:
• Develop and drive sales in the Region
• Managing existing Client relationships and identify growth opportunities
• Achieve set targets
• Establish Client needs via a needs analysis meeting, for existing and prospective clients, and offer appropriate solutions
• Identify opportunities for new business development and ensure efficient Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
• Prepare and submit sales reports timeously
• Draft proposals and create / present sales presentations
• Present proposals to clients and negotiate accordingly
• Geographical sales mapping
• Ensure company and legal compliance into the business
• Complete necessary sales Reports and submit by required deadlines
• Build and maintain relationships with all Clients signed and ensure existing and potential clients receive exceptional Customer Service
