Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Administrator to manage day-to-day office operations and provide administrative support to our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of office activities and will play a key role in supporting various departments within the company.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner.
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documents.
Assist with basic HR functions, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
Oversee office maintenance and liaise with vendors and service providers.
Support various administrative tasks and projects as assigned by management.

Requirements:
Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Assistant, or in a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:
2 Years Experience in Office Administration.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Experience with office management software and CRM systems.
Salary:
17.800,00 ZAR Monthly
