Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations
Answer phones, respond to emails, and greet visitors professionally
Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and organize office events
Maintain filing systems and assist with data entry and record-keeping
Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations
Order and manage office supplies and inventory
Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks as needed
Collaborate with team members to support various projects and initiatives
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in Office Administration is a plus
Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Detail-oriented and capable of working independently
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
