Sales Person

We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Person with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.
You will be responsible for presenting, promoting and selling personal protective equipment, meeting customer needs while obtaining orders from existing or potential suppliers. Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.

Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships. Reach out to customer leads through calling. Ensure that the customer is satisfied and adequately taken care of while making a purchase. Establish new accounts, interact with customers in a friendly and approachable manner to maintain positive relations.

Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule. Track sales, conduct stock taking and status reports. Continuously improve through feedback

Requirements and skills
Proven work experience as a Sales Person
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Ability to build productive business professional relationships
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
Business Management diploma or a related field
