Marketing Graphic Designer

Introduction
Our company is a world leader in the design, manufacturing and supply of unique physical perimeter security barriers. We currently require the services of experienced hard-working Graphic Designer to join our internal Marketing team.

Roles and Responsibilities

Communication skills: You should be able to communicate effectively with team members, clients, and vendors in writing and verbally.
Creativity: The ability to generate unique ideas and concepts that can be used in marketing campaigns.
Copywriting: Basic knowledge of copywriting techniques, including creating headlines, taglines and persuasive text.
Attention to detail: Ability to proofread and edit marketing materials to ensure they are error-free and convey the intended message.
Teamwork: The ability to work collaboratively with other team members to achieve marketing goals.
Creating visual designs: This includes designing and creating visual concepts for a range of projects such as digital media, print materials, logos, illustrations, and packaging.
Collaborating with the Senior Graphic Designer and other team members to develop designs that meet client needs, deadlines, and budget constraints.
Collaborating with other departments to ensure that designs meet brand standards and convey the intended message.
Contributing to brainstorming sessions and creative meetings to come up with new and innovative design ideas.
Assisting in the production process by preparing files for print or digital distribution.
Ensuring that all designs are completed on time, meet project requirements and align with the company's branding guidelines.
General Assistance within the Marketing Department.


Preferred Skills

Strong communication, research, and typing skills
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
Receptiveness to feedback.
Flexible to the modifications.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Qualifications and Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related degree
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
A minimum of 2 to 3 years of work experience with a strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.
