Job Description
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer calls.
Resolve customer issues and provide solutions.
Assist with product/service inquiries.
Update customer information in the system.
Follow up on customer complaints and concerns.
Promote additional products/services when applicable.
Maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Meet performance targets and quality standards.
Requirements:
Must have 6 months customer care experience ( Call Centre / face to face)
Matric Compulsory
Fluent in written and verbal English
Able to work flexible shifts with reliable transportation.
