Job Description

Job Position: Financial Administrator (Kirkwood)
Ref: 4821
Location: Kirkwood
Salary: R22 000 to R25 000 per month commensurate with qualification and experience

Qualifications / Requirements:
Minimum of Matric
Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle to work and back
Fully bilingual – Afrikaans and English
Person to ideally be living in Kirkwood/Sunland/Addo or Uitenhage area, as office is in Kirkwood, however, must be willing to travel to operation in PE 1-2 times per week
VIP Payroll and Pastel experience as well as MS Office
Experience in:
Financial analysing of pack-outs, payments received and packing costs
Full payroll/HR function – 90 employees and VIP Payroll system experience
Review of spray records and keeping system up to date
Phytclean updates
Controlling chemical and diesel stock as well as citrus bins’ movement in season
Preparation for and management of Global GAP, SIZA, DAFF and other audits
Processing books up to trial balance on Pastel
Overall administration function of the citrus farm
Salary:
25.000,00 ZAR Monthly
