Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Employment Equity:
Monitor client communications and manage process variances.
Create and maintain Employment Equity profiles.
Ensure compliance with EE Act and update EE files.
Complete and upload EE reports to the DoEL portal.
Provide EE analysis, plans, and consultation.
Draft and update minutes for EE committee meetings.
Consult on EE policies, practices, and legislative changes.
WSP-ATR:
Liaise with clients and manage general correspondence.
Administer reports, presentations, and databases.
Draft client quotes and Service Level Agreements.
Coordinate with SETAs on client queries and submissions.
Compile WSP/ATR and Employment Equity templates.
Track interventions for WSP/ATR and grant submissions.
Ensure timely and accurate submissions.
Requirements:
Proven experience in employment equity and WSP-ATR administration.
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Familiarity with EE Act and SETA processes.
Attention to detail and analytical thinking.
