Retail Allocator

Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12 (Matric)
Retail Clothing experience
1-2 year Allocating experience


Duties include:



Strategic allocation Daily tracking of sales - Analysis
Update the on order for expected deliveries Track outstanding orders with suppliers Mid-month & month end reports Replenishment of stock in post Track stock on order
Update the planner and follow up with suppliers
Allocated new stock Update the new stores sheet
Run replenishment orders on the system
Place orders for launch products and follow up until delivered
Analysing out-of-stock reports from stores and placing orders where required
Create ranks and grade stores accordingly
Allocations to stores according to selloffs
Analyse top and bottom-performing weekly
Process manual orders by analysing stock on hand, sales, and replenishment models
Follow up with suppliers and stores on outstanding orders and void where necessary
Analyse stock on hand of stores in the same region
