• Strong administration skills
• Must have a broad understanding of Software Development, including IT terminology is a advantage

• Must have from 12 month to 24 months work experience as a Scrum Master working with people with work experience in the Lending/ Loans Industry is essential
• The primary purpose of the Scrum Master is to act as a facilitator to the Agile Scrum process following the Agile principles and values.
• The focus is on helping the Scrum team to achieve its full potential by delivering on its commitments.
• The Scrum Master is also expected to have the ability to run with multiple SDCLC methodologies across cross-functional teams".

• Any experience related to coaching/mentoring/counselling people
• Some experience as a facilitator
• Work experience within a project team
• Keen on self-improvement and professional development
• Qualities of a servant leader are apparent.
• Ability to work in a team; team player
• Some knowledge of conflict management techniques and negotiation skills
Great communications skills
o Articulate use of the English language - the ability to express thoughts clearly

Monthly Salary - R40 000 CTC- full cost to company - not negotiable
