Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic General Assistants to join our team. In this fast-paced environment, you will play a key role in supporting sales operations and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with product selection and inquiries.
Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management.
Provide feedback on customer preferences and trends.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in a retail or sales environment, preferably in FMCG.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for service.
Basic math skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
Must have Matric + One year sales experience
