If you have a Software Diploma or Certificate would be an advantage
Strong administration skills
Must have a broad understanding of Software Development, including IT terminology is a advantage

Must have from 12 month to 24 months work experience as a Scrum Master working with people with work experience in the Lending/ Loans Industry is essential
The primary purpose of the Scrum Master is to act as a facilitator to the Agile Scrum process following the Agile principles and values.
The focus is on helping the Scrum team to achieve its full potential by delivering on its commitments.
The Scrum Master is also expected to have the ability to run with multiple SDCLC methodologies across cross-functional teams".

Any experience related to coaching/mentoring/counselling people
Some experience as a facilitator
Work experience within a project team
Keen on self-improvement and professional development
Qualities of a servant leader are apparent.
Ability to work in a team; team player
Some knowledge of conflict management techniques and negotiation skills
Great communications skills
Articulate use of the English language - the ability to express thoughts clearly
Presentation skills
Sense of humour
Listens more speaks less
