Job Title: HR Supervisor
Area: Alrode, Johannesburg, Gauteng.
Monthly Salary: R26 000.00

We're currently searching for a passionate and detail-oriented Human Resources professional to join our client’s team. This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to a diverse and dynamic business by fostering a supportive and engaging work environment.

Responsibilities:
Utilize your extensive experience in people management to oversee a team of two analysts.
Foster collaboration between the analysts to ensure seamless coordination of their functions.
Drive HR operations, including payroll management and compliance with legislation.
Leverage your knowledge of recruitment and selection to support the team in talent acquisition.

Skills and Qualifications:
Bring a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience to the role.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in HR roles, with supervisory or managerial responsibilities preferred.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other relevant software.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
