Are you an experienced website manager with a knack for WordPress and a talent for client communication? Our client, a website management service in the UK, is searching for a WordPress and Content Support Specialist to join their remote team. This role is perfect for a highly organized, proactive professional who can manage website updates and provide exceptional client support.
You’ll play an essential role in maintaining and enhancing client websites, managing incoming requests, handling both routine and complex updates on WordPress, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
This position requires a self-motivated individual with strong communication skills, adept at balancing multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a dynamic work environment.
Minimum Requirements:
Previous experience in website management, specifically on WordPress, including updates, content management, and basic site structure adjustments.
Proven ability to perform tasks within WordPress, with a solid understanding of web fundamentals and content management practices.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage client relationships, set expectations, and communicate technical information clearly.
Exceptional organizational skills to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and ensure all client requirements are addressed accurately and efficiently.
A proven track record of independent problem-solving, with the initiative to take ownership of tasks and the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team setting.
Comfortable shifting between roles, such as project coordination, client relations, and technical support, with a readiness to adapt to changing project needs.
Preferred Experience:
Previous experience working in a remote team environment, managing tasks independently while maintaining strong communication and alignment with team objectives.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, MS Project) and communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack) for effective task and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and execute website updates using WordPress, including content changes and site structure modifications. Ensure all updates meet client standards for quality and functionality.
Organize and prioritize multiple update requests, coordinating timelines and ensuring that all projects stay on schedule.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding their website update requests, maintaining clear communication to manage expectations and provide timely project updates.
Work closely with various internal departments to streamline the completion of updates, ensuring that all tasks meet client requirements and quality standards.
Address issues promptly, using a proactive approach to resolve client concerns and suggest improvements where needed.
Efficiently transition between tasks, including website updates, project management, and client support, adapting to new requests or changes in project scope with ease.
