Job Description
Are you a skilled and enthusiastic shop fitter with experience in home renovations? Madus
Interiors, a leading Interior Fabricator, is seeking a talented Shop Fitter and Home Renovations
Specialist to join our team. If you have a passion for crafting exceptional spaces and take pride in
your workmanship, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Execute shop fitting tasks, including assembling and installing fixtures, fittings, and furniture to
meet project specifications.
Manage various home renovation projects, such as carpentry, painting, flooring, and general
construction tasks.
Deliver high-quality workmanship and meticulous attention to detail in all assigned projects.
Collaborate effectively with the team to meet project deadlines and exceed client expectations.
Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Shop Fitter or in home renovations, supported by an impressive portfolio
of successful projects.
Proficiency in carpentry, painting, and general construction work.
Ability to interpret project plans and blueprints accurately.
Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude towards challenges.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Must possess basic tools and have access to reliable transportation.
Our Rates (South African Rand):
Daily rate: 300 ZAR from Monday to Friday, working hours 7:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Overtime (Monday to Friday): Time and a half for work done after 5:00 pm.
Saturday rate: 300 ZAR for working hours between 7:00 am and 12:00 pm.
Overtime (Saturday): Time and a half for work done after 12:00 pm.
Sunday rate: Time and a half for all hours worked on Sundays.
