Job Description

Role Description: We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This is a full-time, on-site role at One and Only Direct in Cape Town. As the primary point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for:

Addressing inquiries

Resolving complaints

Processing orders

Ensuring an overall positive customer experience

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong problem-solving abilities

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Customer service experience is a plus

Basic math skills

High school diploma or equivalent

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets

Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads through networking and referrals

Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company’s products and services to provide accurate information and demonstrate features and benefits to clients

Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client challenges and recommend appropriate products and services

Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to clients

Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless sales process and high-quality service delivery

Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities

Track sales activities and progress against goals using CRM tools and provide regular updates to management

Ensure customer satisfaction post-sale through follow-up communications, addressing any concerns, and cultivating long-term relationships for repeat business
Salary:
8.000,00 ZAR Monthly
