Qualifications:
1. Education & Certification:
o National Senior Certificate (Matric) is a must
o vocational or technical certification is highly desirable
o ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certification or equivalent is a plus.
o Completion of BMW STEP (Service Technician Education Program) is highly desirable.
2. Experience:
o 2+ years of experience as an automotive technician, preferably with luxury or European vehicles.
o BMW experience as an automotive technician would be seen as an added advantage.
